Shweta’s journey into the world of fitness transgressed totally by accident that started as a desire to get fitter while losing the whopping extra pounds (50lbs)
she had inadvertently put on while building a high flying corporate career for herself.
What started as investing one hour for the workout; had soon overpowered all of her.
She found herself reading more and more about nutrition, exercises and randomly helping friends and family with tips on how to get fit the right way, in a sustainable manner.
While she trained under different formats of fitness namely Zumba, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cross fit and weight training, she realised that the world around her was getting unfit for lack of prioritising fitness as a life goal rather than an activity to look good.
It was time to take fitness as a full-time profession and thus started the journey of Totum Wellness in 2015, through certifications and training harder.
She wishes to take her mantra of “STRONG NOT SKINNY” to one and all and urges everyone to “Work on your body because you love it, not because you hate it”..
